Our activities are organised, coordinated, and facilitated by our brilliant staff and volunteers with our clients in mind. They aim to involve and engage our clients in their community and the city of Cardiff, as well as explore and improve on useful skills and wellbeing hobbies. The majority of our activities are run from our centre and are built around lunchtime at 12:30pm. However, some of our activities such are run from different areas in Cardiff which helps build a sense of community. We also organise regular cultural trips that involve visits to art galleries, theatres, museums, farms, nature visits, and even music festivals, all thanks to our strong connection with the organisations and individuals in Cardiff and the surrounding area.
