ACTIVITIES & SERVICES

Our activities are organised, coordinated, and facilitated by our brilliant staff and volunteers with our clients in mind.

All of our activities aim to involve and engage our clients in their community and the city of Cardiff, as well as explore and improve on useful skills and wellbeing hobbies.

The majority of our activities are run from different rooms in our centre and are built around lunchtime at 12:30pm. However, some of our activities such as Football and Swimming are run from different areas in Splott which helps build a sense of community. We also organised regular cultural trips that involve visits to art galleries, theatres, museums, farms, nature visits, and even music festivals, all thanks to our strong connection with the organisations and individuals in Cardiff and the surrounding area.

Please find all of our activities listed below along with clickable links to find out more about each activity.

COVID-19 UPDATE (FIREBREAK): All of our activities unless accessible remotely or online are currently on hold, see below for more information.

- One to one support available (but limited) and by appointment if possible
