Programme Lead (Casework) The Programme Lead (Casework) will lead the casework team and oversee our progress to IAA accreditation level 2 (Immigration). The post holder will ensure that appropriate support and supervision are in place for both IAA-accredited and non-IAA-accredited work by caseworkers and triage volunteers, securing external supervision where required. They will lead reflection and improvement within the casework team, ensuring an exceptional level of service to our clients. Please access the Job Pack here Oasis application form Programme Lead (The Dreamers) The Dreamers is a co-produced project which seeks to improve the mental health of young (16-25-year-old) refugees and asylum seekers in Cardiff and Vale. The Dreamers empowers young people to co-produce activities, lead on decisions, become change-makers and find solutions that will influence systemic change in areas affecting their mental health and well-being. The project is delivered through a partnership between Oasis, TGP Cymru and Cardiff and Vale Health Inclusion Service (CAVHIS). It is hosted at Oasis. The project is funded through the National Lottery’s Mind Our Future programme. The project launched in 2022 and will run until 2029. The Dreamers is overseen by an Advisory Panel of young refugees and asylum seekers. Please access the Job Pack here Oasis application form Programme Lead (Food) As the Programme Lead (Food), you will have full operational responsibility for the Plat Mawr project, which includes overseeing the daily community free lunch service and cooking workshops. You will line-manage two Kitchen Officers and supervise kitchen and cafe volunteers, handling everything from induction training and scheduling shifts to monthly performance appraisals, as well as stepping into the kitchen directly during staff absences. Your day-to-day duties will involve managing weekly food and cleaning budgets, tracking expenditure, ordering inventory, and physically collecting food donations. To maintain the project’s 5-star food hygiene rating, you will enforce rigorous food safety standards, manage deep cleaning schedules and serve as the main point of contact for maintenance contractors. Additionally, you will drive the food and cafe elements of Oasis’s 10-year strategy, capture evaluation data for funders, coordinate project communications, and proactively support client safeguarding.
