The Aims & Purposes of Oasis Cardiff must be adhered to. A copy is available on request. Any alterations or amendments to room bookings must be made by email to [email protected] Oasis Cardiff is legally bound to have a Smoke Free Policy. Oasis Cardiff operates an Equal Opportunities Policy. A copy is available on request. A copy of Oasis Cardiff’s Complaints Policy and Procedure is available on request. First Aid Boxes and an Accident Reporting Book are kept on all floors of the building and at Reception. All incidents must be reported immediately and logged. If any persons are hospitalised the Managing Trustee must be informed. All staff mobile contact numbers are held at Reception. All groups must ensure that they familiarise themselves with the procedures in the event of a fire, which are displayed at reception. All rooms and equipment will be checked before use. Any loss or damage will be billed for. Any thefts will be reported to the police and is the responsibility of the person signing for the booking. The premises have CCTV to protect clients and visitors in the building. All rooms hired must be cleaned and left in the condition as on arrival with rubbish disposed appropriately. If rooms not left in condition of arrival a cleaning charge of up to £30 will be added to the invoice. No alcohol or religious activities or prayer allowed without prior agreement. Room hire fee must be paid within 48 hours of completing this form to secure booking (details to complete this will be included in the confirmation email). An additional deposit of £30 is required to complete bookings - refundable upon satisfactory room check.
