Latest Blogs Films to watch for Refugee Week Storytelling is a powerful tool to share stories, broaden perspectives and drive change. The theme for this Refugee Week is 'Our Home' and everyone is invite to take part in ‘Simple Acts’. This is all about the small things we can do to create change - even if this is simply watching a film and keeping an open mind. We’ll be hosting a screening of Io Capitano at Oasis on the 17th June at 7pm. The film explores the journey of two Senegalese teenagers dreaming for a brighter future who embark on a dangerous journey from West Africa to Italy. Our food truck will be open serving delicious street food from 6pm and tickets are available on our events page here.
